Spirits Alive is an annual tradition spanning as far back as May 2005. This event portrays historical figures buried at Maple Grove to educate, portray, and memorialize those who have passed, creating life and whimsy back into the community!

For our lovely actors, they take part as these notable figures by performing short, scripted monologues for visitors as they stroll the grounds. Every figure remains in their place and repeats their piece, with costumes being provided by our wardrobe. All the actors serve as bridges between the past and the present, and whether you're a seasoned performer or a lover of history and storytelling, you are welcome!
