Greetings Friends! On August 18th,
Neighborhood Coordination Officers Samantha Edelstein and Scott Adelman
organized a Police Block Party at the Celebration Hall at the Maple Grove Center.
It was limited to 25 people due to Covid - 19 guidelines.
Many registered but guidelines were strictly enforced and only 24 people were able to get in and attend. There were many questions asked by the public about cars parked an extended amount of time, the problems with a hotel in Kew Gardens etc. The officers answered all the questions and explained what was being done and what measures the community could further take.
It was a very informative and cordial event.
